Is it really free?

Yes. There are no setup or customization charges, nor any commitment. We handle all of the setup and configuration on a purely complimentary basis.

How do I get setup?

We will schedule a phone call to learn about your organization's needs and requirements. We handle all of the necessarily customizations and setup - you'll just need to send a link to the participants for them to schedule.

What do you mean 1 or 2 events?

We're happy to extend enough complimentary usage to prove the advantages of our system. Usually just a single event (e.g. a single flu clinic) is enough, but we'll extend the trial on request.

What support will I get?

We offer the same customer support to our free trial customers as our long-term clients - you'll have immediate access to your own account manager by phone or email.

Could you explain the pricing a bit more?

We'll keep track of how many bookings and registrations you do, and send you an invoice periodically on the basis of $0.25 per booking or registration. Each individual that uses Veribook to schedule a booking or registration constitutes a single booking or registration.

How do I get setup?

We will schedule a phone call to learn about your organization's needs and requirements. Afterwards, we'll create a set of template customizations that will apply to your account, as well as provide you with training to configure and create new events yourself.

What support will I get?

All of our customers are provided with a personal account manager who will be you first point of contact in respect of all matters, including initial account setup, ongoing technical support, and any billing or invoice questions.

Is there a large volume discount?

We are happy to discuss pricing discounts for large volume customers who elect to proceed on an à la carte basis.

Subscription - Frequently asked questions

How long are your subscriptions?

The vast majority of our subscriptions are for one year periods. On special request, we would also be happy to enter into six month subscriptions as well. Monthly subscriptions are also sometimes available, again on request.

Subscriptions are still charged per booking?

Not exactly. Our subscriptions are usually priced by asking our clients to estimate how many bookings and/or registrations they'll have during the subscription period. The subscription is then priced on the basis of that estimate. There are no overage charges for exceeding that estimate.
