Change your Outgoing Email Signature

By default, emails sent to your customers will include the following signature line:

   Best regards,
   [Your Username]


It is an option to replace this default with a custom signature block.

Instructions

1.  Select the Account Settings button in the main navigation bar.
2.  Select the E-mail tab.
3.  Select the Signature option from the Settings List.
4.  To set a custom signature to use when emails are sent to your customers, enter and save a signature.

Leave this field blank to continue to use the default.
5.  Emails sent to your customers will now include this customized signature block.
