This large condominium complex uses Veribook to enable residents to book any one of 30+ visitor parking stalls.

Residents access a public website with instructions, a FAQ, and a booking form from either their own personal computer or device, or a laptop located at the security desk.

After selecting how long a stall is needed for, residents can indicate the start time, provide additional details about the incoming vehicle, and confirm their booking.

The booking is immediately confirmed for a specific visitor parking stall.

An email confirmation is sent with directions and instructions, as is an email reminder.

Each unit in the complex has been assigned their own user account with a fixed number of credits per month. Only designated user accounts can book parking stalls, and booking different times of the week “costs” different number of credits per hour.
