This medical clinic uses Veribook to enable independent health care professionals to book exam rooms to see patients on an ad-hoc basis.

After selecting a specific length of booking, the professional is directed to a payment page where the room has been reserved for 15 minutes for payment to be completed.

Once payment is made, the booking is immediately confirmed and an email confirmation is sent. The medical clinic has configured the system to not send email reminders.

Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled online as well, in accordance with the deadlines set in place by the clinic. Cancelled bookings are immediately made available to other clients; refunds are handled by the clinic manually as appropriate.
