Clients choose a type of appointment, and proceed to schedule their appointment in just a few seconds without needing to sign-up for an account.

The client is provided an immediate confirmation that their appointment request has been received. An email confirmation is also sent to the client as well.

This particular psychologist elects to review the appropriateness of each appointment request. Accepting the appointment request triggers an email confirmation to be sent to the client with further information.

A reminder is also sent automatically a day before the client’s appointment, to further reduce no-shows.

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments online, in accordance with the deadlines set in place by the therapist. Cancelled appointment timeslots are immediately made available to other clients, to minimize unnecessary downtime and gaps in the day.
